You’ll be whisked up to Yorkshire first class on a Friday, courtesy of Grand Central Rail, for a two night stay at the luxury castle hotel.
Saturday will start with a cookery demonstration from Stephen Bulmer, chef director of Swinton Park’s Cookery School. Guests will get to watch him demonstrate the tips and techniques behind one of his signature dishes, while sipping a glass of Virginie T Champagne.

Spend one night eating Simon Crannage’s modern British food in the elegant surroundings of Samuel’s Restaurant (with the option to upgrade to the tasting menu and wine flight) and the other with Stephen Bulmer, watching him prepare a seasonal gourmet menu at the chef’s table in the Cookery School.
