GRAND PRIZE:

There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) of three (3) adventure trips of their choice, provided by the Organiser.

Each Entrant into the Draw must pre-select three (3) preferences for an adventure trip from a list of thirty (30) options offered on the Hostelworld.com website.

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected from all correct entries to win their three (3) chosen adventures to the maximum cumulative value of €20,000.

The Grand Prize is for up to two (2) people and includes flights (including taxes and surcharges), three (3) adventure activities, transfers and travel insurance.

The chosen adventure trips for each Grand Prize Winner is subject to availability, and is at the discretion of Promoter and Organiser, and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (both in the Grand Prize Winner’s own country and chosen destination(s)).

Any long haul flights must include a Saturday night stay in the Grand Prize Winner’s chosen destination(s). The departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the Grand Prize Winner’s nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest.

The Grand Prize Winner may need a visa to travel to their chosen foreign destination(s) which they should arrange with those countries’ local Embassies, at their own expense. It is the Grand Prize Winner’s own responsibility to comply with any visa requirements of their destination country. Approval is at the discretion of the destination country’s Embassy and the Promoter and Organiser cannot be held responsible for any visa applications being rejected.

Any activities, tours and attractions included in the package are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Travel insurance, where included, is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. Age restrictions may apply. For non-EU residents, should NDL Group be unable to purchase travel insurance on the winners behalf, the winner will be reimbursed fully for purchasing their own travel insurance.

The Grand Prize must be booked by the Grand Prize Winner via The NDL Group by December 31, 2014, for travel by August 31, 2015.

The Grand Prize includes up to twenty-one (21) nights’ accommodation in hostels, based on two (2) people sharing a private room with en-suite facilities on a room only basis. This accommodation will be booked via the Promoter.

The Grand Prize Winner will also receive one (1) x €3,000 cash sum which will be wire transferred into their bank account by the Promoter. The Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for providing the relevant bank account details.

All holidays must be booked with NDL Travel (ABTA K3065). The maximum cumulative €20,000.00 value is redeemable against up to 3 bookings on selected holidays with NDL Travel using NDL’s trusted suppliers when at least 1 adult travels and must include transport and accommodation. If the cost of a booking exceeds the value of €20,000.00 used for that booking, the excess balance must be paid by credit card or by debit card at the time of booking. Payments made by credit card incur a 2.5% charge. The Grand Prize Winner must redeem the prize in no more than 3 transactions. Any amount not redeemed in the 3 transactions will be forfeited by the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize is not transferable – it is redeemable only by the person whose name is stated above, for travel by that person. The Grand Prize may not be resold.
