Guardian and Observer Readers' Travel Awards 2014: who made your holiday?

Fill in the questionnaire to help decide the winners of this year’s Travel Awards – and you could win one of two holidays in our prize draw

1. A Loire Highlights four-night, cycling holiday for two (sharing a room). Includes breakfast each day, one dinner, luggage transfers, high-quality bicycles, route notes and maps, P&O Ferries crossing from Dover to Calais (for your party and one car) as stated on Inntravel’s website inntravel.co.uk. The prize can be taken between 1 Sept and 31 Oct 2014, subject to availability and Inntravel’s normal booking conditions. The prize winner and companion are responsible for obtaining their own travel insurance, and all other costs and expenses not expressly described in the offer. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.

2. The holiday prize is for a seven-night walking holiday to Tavira, Portugal with Ramblers Worldwide Holidays departing on 26 October 2014. The holiday is for two people sharing a twin room, half board. Flights are from Heathrow (there may be regional flights available, however the extra fee would need to be paid for by the prize winner). It’s important that the winner and companion are fit for the walking grade of the holiday and have walking equipment. This holiday is non refundable, non transferable and there is no cash equivalent.
