The winner and a guest will stay for seven nights, on a self-catering basis, in a one-bedroom apartment at the Elaia Suites, on the Ionian island of Paxos. This upmarket development of six air-conditioned flats is set in an olive grove near the pretty harbour town of Gaios, with views across the sea to Corfu and the mainland. The suites each have a balcony or terrace, and mix exposed stone walls with a cool, contemporary style. There’s also a large shared pool area.

The prize includes return flights from London Gatwick, transfers, car hire and a welcome hamper. It must be taken in May, June or September 2014, excluding public holidays, and is subject to availability.
