The first impression is that it’s reminiscent of the townhouse residences of the late 1800s – ultimately elegant and unobtrusive. This is evident from the most discreet of check-ins to the dedicated team of butlers (upon arrival, bags are unpacked and tea is served in the Drawing Room) and the Penhaligon toiletries in the bathroom.
